We're seeking testers for our new cards! ✨

Hello! How's your summer vacation?
Here's a fun and engaging activity we'd love for you to join! 🙌

We're seeking students to help us test our new cards, designed to assist the academic advising process.
You will participate in a 'mock meeting' with a facilitator. During this session, the cards will be used to test their effectiveness. Feel free to discuss the learning issue you have in mind with the facilitator!

📍Dates: August 21 (Wed) - August 28 (Wed). The exact time will be informed in the email.
🔹Format: 120-minute in-person mock meetings, including pre- and post-interviews 
🔸Confidentiality: Participants will sign a confidentiality agreement. The process will be audio-recorded only for analysis use. Photographs will be taken; let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
🔹Selection Process: Recruitment results will be sent out before August 15 (Thu) at 23:59. Please check your email and respond promptly. We aim to recruit 6-10 participants. If you are not selected, no further notice will be given.
🔸Feedback: Receive an AAO customized reed diffuser and a meal as a token of our appreciation.
