As the new year approaches, do you still remember who you were a year ago?

Last year at the AAO, many of you picked up a pen and wrote a letter to your future self. Now, those "See You in the Future 2.0" postcards, carrying your dreams and expectations, have officially been mailed out! 📮

Over the next few days, please keep an eye on your mailbox and get ready to receive a greeting from your past self.

✨ Looking back on this past year, how have you been? As you read the handwriting on your postcard, take a moment to ask yourself:
✴︎ What important decisions did I make this year?
✴︎ How has the "present me" changed (or stayed the same) compared to back then?
✴︎ Have the wishes and expectations I set for myself been fulfilled?
No matter the outcome, every bit of growth and every attempt made this year has shaped the brilliant person you are today.

As we bid farewell to 2025 and welcome 2026, whether your year went exactly as planned or was full of unexpected twists, these experiences have all become the nutrients for your growth. 🌿

We hope that through this reflection, you gain clearer goals and the courage to continue exploring your career and academic paths. Remember, the AAO is always here to support you whenever you need someone to talk to!
