I bring a diverse professional background, having started my career as a management trainee at HSBC. Over the course of a decade, I advanced to become the Head of Insurance Products and later a Branch Manager. In 2021, I transitioned to the tech industry, joining an AI software startup where I spearheaded international expansion initiatives and capital market planning. Recently, recognizing the immense potential of the energy sector, I took on the role of CFO at Shinfox Far East (a subsidiary of Shinfox Energy), focusing on financial strategy and planning for the company’s future business expansion. I am passionate about inspiring the next generation to think differently and envision a unique path for their lives. My goal is to help students achieve a meaningful Work-Life-RISK Balance, drawing on my rich leadership experience managing teams across a wide age range (25–45 years old). Through this mentorship, I hope to give back to the community and empower students to navigate their career journeys with confidence and foresight.
